A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE

As an Account Executive focused on IRM upsell, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by expanding relationships within an existing customer base. You will leverage your deep understanding of Integrated Risk Management solutions and industry trends to identify opportunities, position value-driven solutions, and deliver impactful results.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with C-level stakeholders across Risk Management, Information Security, IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit functions. You will own the full sales cycle from strategy to close, building strong client partnerships while delivering tailored demonstrations and solutions that address evolving business challenges.

YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute targeted sales plans to achieve and exceed upsell revenue goals within the IRM customer base

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers across client organizations

  • Identify growth opportunities by understanding customer needs and aligning solutions with IRM trends

  • Lead client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to showcase solution value

  • Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, positioning, negotiation, and deal closure

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align resources and deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Prioritize and manage multiple accounts and opportunities within your assigned territory

  • Track pipeline activity and proactively adjust strategies to meet performance targets

A BIT ABOUT YOU

  • Proven experience in B2B technology sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

  • Demonstrated success in upselling or expanding within an existing customer base

  • Strong understanding of Integrated Risk Management or related enterprise solutions

  • Ability to engage and influence C-level executives across risk, security, IT, and compliance functions

  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demonstrations

  • Highly organized with strong time and territory management capabilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills with a customer-focused approach

  • Self-motivated with high energy, creativity, and a results-driven mindset

Skills Required

  • Proven track record of successfully selling technology to solve business problems
  • Experience upselling within existing IRM (Integrated Risk Management) accounts
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives in Risk Management, Information Security, IT, Compliance, and Internal Audit
  • Experience developing and executing targeted upsell plans and managing the full sales cycle
  • Ability to deliver effective product demonstrations to executive audiences
