Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial buildings and K-12 schools
- Network with facility managers, mechanical contractors, and consultants
- Develop sales presentations tailored to customer needs
- Conduct site visits to assess client requirements and existing systems
- Work with engineering and estimating teams to prepare proposals
- Present proposals, solutions, and ROI cases to prospective clients
- Maintain CRM records of all opportunities, contacts, and activities
- Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas
- Follow up with clients post-installation to drive service agreements
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and local industry events
- Coordinate with marketing on campaigns and lead generation
- Anything required to meet the needs of the customer

Skills Required
- Knowledge of building automation systems and HVAC controls
- B2B sales or business development experience (commercial buildings, schools preferred)
- Experience conducting site visits and assessing client requirements
- Ability to develop and present sales proposals and ROI cases
- Experience using and maintaining CRM records
- Ability to coordinate with engineering and estimating teams to prepare proposals
- Willingness to represent the company at trade shows and industry events
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas
