Job Title: Account Executive

About the opportunity: At Epredia we're seeking an Account Executive to grow our Anatomical Pathology business by building trusted customer relationships, delivering tailored, value-focused solutions, and managing the full sales process across a defined territory, while partnering closely with internal teams to drive sustainable growth and customer satisfaction.

What you will do:

  • Drive sales of the full Anatomical Pathology portfolio including equipment, consumables, and services through value-based selling and tailored solutions.

  • Manage complex sales cycles end to end, from presentations and demonstrations to contract negotiation, tenders, and closing against targets.

  • Build and execute strong account and territory plans, using market analysis, competitor intelligence, and structured coverage to maximize growth.

  • Develop and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key decision-makers while ensuring high customer satisfaction through support and training.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally and act as a product ambassador, maintaining accurate CRM records and participating in marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, ideally in Laboratory Medicine, Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field is required.

  • Proven successful sales experience in a relevant market, preferably with laboratory equipment and consumables is required.

  • Strong knowledge of laboratory workflows, ideally within histology, pathology, or related environments is required.

  • Excellent understanding of the full Anatomical Pathology product portfolio and its applications is required.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for managing pipelines, forecasts, and customer data.

  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with quotations, tenders, and revenue forecasting.

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Fluency in Italian and communicative level of English

  • Clean driving license and willingness to travel up to 80%, including occasional international travel.
