As an Account Executive for South Europe at ScorePlay, you will drive new business growth across France, Iberia (Spain & Portugal), and Italy, owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You’ll be responsible for building relationships with sports organizations and showcasing how ScorePlay can revolutionize their media management workflows.

You will be responsible for managing the full sales process, from pipeline generation to deal closure. You’ll work collaboratively with our Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and strong regional growth.

This role is designed for a driven sales professional with experience in SaaS or the sports industry, who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and loves turning conversations into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Sales Execution

  • Lead the full sales process, from first contact and discovery to negotiation and close, for deals up to $200K ARR.

  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of ScorePlay’s platform.

  • Develop persuasive proposals and RFP responses that align with client needs and regional market dynamics.

  • Manage forecasting, deal hygiene, and CRM accuracy to ensure transparent and data-driven reporting.

2. Pipeline Development

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within clubs, regional leagues, and federations, focusing on small to mid-sized organizations across South Europe.

  • Execute outreach strategies through a combination of prospecting, referrals, and inbound lead conversion.

  • Qualify, prioritize, and manage opportunities to maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize regional lead generation efforts and ensure pipeline coverage.

3. Relationship Growth & Strategic Expansion

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across clubs, leagues, and federations to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless transition from sale to onboarding and continued client success.

  • Act as a trusted regional advisor, staying close to client needs and identifying opportunities for expansion and referrals.

  • Represent ScorePlay at key industry events and leverage networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility and credibility in South Europe

Qualifications
  • Experience: 1–4 years in B2B SaaS sales or within the sports/media industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Fluent in English, French and Spanish is required

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple opportunities independently.

This position is remote within South Europe, with regular travel to client sites and industry events. We welcome candidates located in France, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.
