As an Account Executive, you will be in charge of growing and retaining our demand from Business Clients in Indonesia and report to the Business Development Manager.  Quick wits, problem solving and a “team first” mentality will be critical to your success.  This role is a unique opportunity to have a measurable impact on your market through the growth of business clients on the Lalamove platform.

What you’ll do

    • Act as the primary point of contact for customer account management and establish trusted relationships with key accounts and stakeholders

    • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs and objectives

    • Identify opportunities in existing accounts for cross-selling and upselling, driving revenue growth and customer value

    • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

    • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

    • Proactively develop new business with existing clients and identify areas for improvement

    • Forecast and track key account metrics to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth

    • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

    • Planning, executing and evaluating retention program

What you’ll need

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role

  • Skilled in data analytics tools and reporting

  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Freshworks, Salesforce, or Zoho CRM) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Powerpoint)
