What this role is all about

As an Account Executive, you will drive new business acquisition and revenue growth within your assigned territory by selling Infobip’s solutions to high-touch Tier 1 clients. This is an individual contributor role within the regional commercial structure, reporting directly to the Chapter Lead. You will proactively identify opportunities across existing and prospective customers, manage complex sales cycles end to end, and build strong customer relationships focused on long-term growth and account success.

What you’ll do
  • Manage and grow a target account list within your designated territory
  • Sell Infobip solutions directly or through partners to Tier 1 customers
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across existing and prospective clients
  • Build tailored solution proposals and value propositions aligned with customer needs
  • Manage forecasting, account planning, resource coordination, and sales strategy execution
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close new business
  • Support end-to-end customer relationships during the first 12 months, including NRR, cross-sell, upsell, and acquisition activities
  • Maintain strong account health and act as a trusted advisor to customers
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date throughout the sales cycle
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to secure new logos and drive growth
  • Mentor and support team members when needed

What makes you a strong fit
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development roles
  • Experience in SaaS, software, or technology sales environments
  • Proven ability to manage complex and consultative sales cycles
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Organized, data-driven, and disciplined with CRM management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluent English, spoken and written
