What this role is all about
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by selling Infobip’s solutions to SMB customers within your assigned territory. This is an individual contributor role within the regional commercial structure, focused on lead qualification, opportunity management, and deal closure. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and Mid-Market Account Managers to secure new logos, expand existing accounts, and maintain strong customer relationships.
What you’ll do
Qualify leads and manage opportunities through successful deal closure
Sell Infobip solutions directly or through partners to SMB customers
Manage a target account list within your assigned team or territory
Build tailored solution proposals and value propositions based on customer needs
Collaborate with specialists when additional expertise is required during the sales process
Manage forecasting, account planning, and pipeline activities
Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close new business
Collaborate with Mid-Market Account Managers to maintain account health and identify growth opportunities
Support cross-sell activities and more complex account negotiations when required
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records throughout the sales cycle
