Expectations & Pipeline: You will build and manage a sophisticated outreach engine capable of yielding seven figures in close won revenue annually. This requires a hunter’s grit to navigate the 6-12 month SLED procurement cycle with precision, ensuring a constant flow of high-TCV opportunities.
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, you are responsible for securing Authorium’s largest and most strategic accounts. You lead the charge to bring the capabilities of our Administrative Operation Platform to agency-wide transformation efforts across the state and local market.
The Mandate: Enterprise Excellence- Master the “Discovery-to-Solution” Gate: You don’t just “do demos”. You conduct a deep-dive discovery to align our platform with current state legislation and agency-specific mandates. You will be measured on your ability to validate opportunities so effectively that 52% or more of your discovery calls advance to a formal Solution/Recommendation stage.
- Own the Technical Narrative: You must have the technical chops to demo the entire Authorium platform solo. You will show agency leaders how a unified platform eliminates their administrative silos.
- Engineer the Pipeline: You will build and manage a pipeline capable of yielding seven-figure in closed-won revenue annually. This requires a hunter's grit to navigate the 6–12 month SLED procurement cycle with precision and urgency.
- Strategize via Legislation: You will monitor proposed state legislation, budget requests, and bids to identify "burning problems"—using new mandates as the catalyst to position Authorium as the clear operational solution.
Requirements
- Sales (Enterprise Preferred): Minimum 5 years of sales experience within software OR solutions sales as a service (SaaS).
- Technical Self-Sufficiency: Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder product demonstrations with and without a Sales Engineer present.
- Funnel Discipline: A history of maintaining high conversion rates through rigorous qualification. You know how to professionally end the engagement early if it doesn't meet the validation bar.
- CRM Hygiene: Commitment to rigorous updates, including timely and accurate notes, opportunity stages, next steps clearly documenting the sales process.
- Analytical Mindset: You manage your territory like a business owner, tracking your own velocity and conversion metrics to ensure quota attainment.
- Public Sector DNA Preferred: Deep experience selling into SLED (State, Local, and Education). You should already know the players and the procurement vehicles.
- Proximity to Austin, TX is required for high-frequency, in-person engagement with state agency leadership
