Why this role is exciting:
As an Account Executive, you’ll sell Zeelo’s transportation software and managed services to enterprise clients across the US. You’ll identify new opportunities, build strong partnerships, and close deals that help employers achieve their hiring, retention, and sustainability goals.
After six successful years in the UK, Zeelo launched in the US—growing revenue by 300% last year. With cutting-edge technology that optimizes routes, reduces emissions, and improves employee experiences, we’re expanding fast and looking for ambitious sales talent to join our journey.
What you’ll do:
- Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—with a focus on enterprise-level deals
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals
- Partner with BDRs and Marketing to create strategies that drive pipeline growth
- Build long-term relationships with customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored mobility solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams (Solution Design, Product, Marketing) to continuously improve offerings
- Maintain a structured pipeline using the MEDDPICC methodology and HubSpot CRM
Who you are:
- 4+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience, closing deals of $300K+
- Proven success navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
- Goal-oriented mindset—you consistently exceed targets and thrive on challenge
- Experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, or similar service-based industries is a plus
- Open to travel for client meetings and conferences
- Availability to be in the Boston office for meetings or team engagements
Salary Range: $100-130k Base with Commission, $200-250k OTE
