We are seeking a talented and motivated Account Executive join our team!


Responsibilities
  • Develop new business partnerships and opportunities with key prospects in the short-term rental industry.
  • Manage the full sales cycle for complex SaaS products, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Incorporate customer perspective and market trends to deliver persuasive client presentations.
  • Actively manage a sales pipeline and maintain clear communication in Salesforce.
  • Execute and report on the go-to-market strategy for North America and Canada, including sales plans, forecasts, and KPIs.
  • Continuously outperform sales quotas and targets.

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales experience.
  • Proven SaaS sales experience is a must.
  • "closer" mentality with the ability to manage complex deals.
  • Experience with sales methodologies and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage multiple sales engagements simultaneously.
  • An entrepreneurial approach that is independent, creative, and passionate.
  • English (Native) is required; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience in travel or hospitality tech sales is a huge advantage

* This is a hybrid role, with office attendance twice a week

Compensation range- 170-180k OTE annually
