Rain is looking for an experienced, high-energy sales professional who understands Enterprise Sales and how to sell executives cost-savings or business performance solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support Rain’s sales pipeline to support ambitious growth plans for financial technology solutions for employees.Create and grow prospects via lead qualification.
- Maintain broad market and competitor knowledge to ensure credibility with prospects. Engage sales development representative team to drive progress in their pipelines.
- Build relationships with customers and account teams up to the C - Level to present product information, solution propositions, account review and support for the ordering process.
- Actively showcase and promote Rain’s commitment to financial technology solutions and close partnerships with industry leaders, including SHRM, APA and others.
The Ideal Candidate will have:
- 3+ years of experience with technology or solution sales, (experience selling Human Capital Management solutions highly valued but not necessary)
- Exceptional strategic planning and business development skills; must own and contribute at every stage of the sales lifecycle.
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Ability to promote complex technology solutions and project manage them.
- A high level of demonstrated customer interface along with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience within Earned Wage Access, HR tech, or fintech is highly preferred.
- Strong sales, presentation, negotiation and organizational skills.

Compensation:
$160,000 - $180,000
Note this is a range and we take in a variety of factors when determining total compensation for the position.
