The Position

Solidus Labs is seeking an Account Executive to make an immediate and tangible impact. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating compelling product positioning, managing the launch of new product features and functionality, and developing highly effective sales enablement content to help scale our B2B revenue. This role requires the ability to navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within both traditional financial markets (TradFi) and the evolving landscape of crypto and digital assets. Ideal candidates will be self-starters with a can-do attitude and possess the ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets and exceeds a quarterly quota of new revenue generated through the sale of Solidus Labs products and services.
  • Prospect, qualify, and close deals across the APAC region — focusing on crypto-native and the financial sectors. 
  • Create and tailor sales materials (pitches, proposals, decks) for target clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline updates in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
  • Work closely with other Account Executives, Customer Success, Product and Marketing teams to grow the sales pipeline and move deals forward.
  • Represent the company at local industry events and networking functions.

Requirements

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Compliance or in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in RegTech, FinTech, or Crypto.
  • Proven ability to conduct cold outreach, manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, and negotiate with senior stakeholders. 
  • Deep understanding of the APAC financial ecosystem and regulatory environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in additional regional language(s) is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally for client meetings and events.
