OverviewThis is an outstanding opportunity to join TNS' Payment Market division as an Account Executive, focusing on strategic account management and customer success; with a focus on strategic GTM growth and execution. You will leverage your payment technology expertise to deepen relationships with existing clients; drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Account Management & Client Success- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts across North America.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Understand client business objectives and align TNS solutions to support their goals.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and revenue growth teams to deliver tailored solutions and value-added services.
- Lead account planning and quarterly business reviews to ensure alignment and performance.
- Manage contract renewals, pricing discussions, and service expansions.
- Ensure all client interactions are professional, responsive, and solution oriented.
- Support the regional GTM strategy by contributing insights from existing accounts.
- Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates through Salesforce.com.
- Partner with the SVP, Payments Market, to prioritize account growth initiatives.
- Represent TNS at industry events and trade shows to strengthen client relationships and brand presence.
- Maintain deep knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Leverage strategic partnerships to enhance client offerings and drive mutual success.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Revenue Growth: Drive incremental revenue through account expansion.
- GTM: Strategic GTM development, leadership, and execution.
- Customer Success: Maintain high satisfaction scores through proactive engagement, strategic development, and account management.
- Retention: Achieve strong renewal rates and long-term client loyalty.
- Cross Functional Team Collaboration: Foster strong working relationships across internal teams and partners.
- Strategic Impact: Contribute to the evolution of the GTM strategy through client insights and feedback.
Qualifications
Proven success in account management or customer success roles within the payment technology sector.
Strong consultative skills and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
Demonstrated ability to grow revenue within existing accounts through strategic relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Familiarity with SD-WAN and related technologies is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a relevant discipline.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.
For this role, we anticipate paying $148,000K-$165,000. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
