Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively and closely with lenders and realtors to develop and maintain mutually beneficial working business relationships
Prospect for and cultivate new relationships with Realtors and Lenders
Develop positive working relationships with clients and provide effective and frequent communication
Active involvement in industry associations and organizations
Proactively plan and schedule sales calls with partners
Maintain a high level of business, financial and industry expertise so you can advise Lenders and Realtors effectively in ways that benefit both their business and Cambria Title
Present knowledge based materials to business partners
Develop quarterly and annual sales plans to direct efforts and evaluate progress.
Generate and submit weekly sales reports to management
Ensure all company and regulatory policies are followed
Recommend marketing strategies designed for a target market
Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
Understand all sales and marketing programs and materials so you can present them to the customers
Actively use all social media channels to promote the brand and our services
Be available to meet with customers daily, including over meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) or at events (i.e. industry-sponsored or sporting events) outside normal business hours, when required
Field customer inquiries and respond with the necessary information in a timely manner
Travel within Minnesota and Wisconsin to build and continue relationships with new and existing customers
Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement on a timely basis
Qualifications and Skills:
Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication
Previous B to B Sales experience is a plus
Strong business knowledge and financial acumen
Ability to build strong professional relationships and proven track record of sales
Solid organizational and follow-up skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with others
Working knowledge of advanced concepts, terms, practices and procedures of the title industry and closing process
Must be able to work out of their home, on the road, and in the Cambria Title office as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of work experience in Sales. Prefer industry experience in Real Estate, Lending or Title sales.
Systems: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, and SoftPro

Managerial Requirements: N/A
Physical Requirements: Office position requiring telephone and computer use.
Travel Requirements: Travel to both prospective and current customer’s locations throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin. Must have the ability to work extended hours, including evenings, and occasional weekends. Must hold a valid Driver’s License.
Cambria’s starting base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 plus commissions. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the target for new hires for the position. Individual pay is determined by several factors, including work location, job-related experience, and relevant education and/or training.
