We are looking for an experienced sales executive to join our high performing Latin American team. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully cross and upsell Instructure’s full portfolio of products to our installed base of Canvas users, primarily universities throughout the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Introduce and upsell, cross-sell Instructure products to current clients.  
  • Develop sales strategies to increase pipeline. 
  • Consistently meet/exceed sales quota. 
  • Work closely with the customer success & renewals team to provide a cohesive experience for Canvas customers. 
  • Collaborate with other members of our sales teams on territory plans and quarterly business reviews. 
  • Deliver web based presentations and product demonstrations. 
  • Provide education and training about Canvas products & services. 
  • Extensive use of Salesforce to document activities and maintain an accurate forecast.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or related field. 
  • 3+ years of proven sales experience, Account Management and/or Business Development 
  • Fluency in English, Spanish and Portuguese
  • Experience working with Higher Education institutions, Professional Learning or in EdTech is a plus. 
  • Experience selling enterprise level software, SaaS sales and services - (LMS specific experience a plus).  
  • Experience selling at all levels.  
  • Excellent strategic/consultative sales skills. 
  • Ability to do detailed needs analysis and proposal development.
