We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage a large portfolio of high-value players, focusing on providing a personalized experience through data- driven actions rather than direct, one-on-one support. In this role, you will ensure that players receive timely, relevant communications for key moments and exclusive opportunities, fostering player loyalty and satisfaction through efficient account management and targeted engagement.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a native Brazilian speaker with English at a business proficiency level;
  • Is passionate and knowledgeable about sports;
  • With previous experience in a customer-facing role or account management, ideally in a high-volume environment such as iGaming or similar fields;
  • With strong organizational and analytical skills to handle a large client portfolio;
  • Is experienced with CRM tools and data-driven outreach;
  • With exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Portfolio Management: Oversee a vast portfolio of high-value players, ensuring they receive a cohesive, engaging experience through automated and strategic outreach.
  • Bulk Communication: Execute targeted bulk actions to keep players informed of special events, exclusive offers, and key updates based on segmented profiles.
  • Automated Engagement: Utilize tools to schedule personalized messages for specific occasions, such as birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones.
  • Event Invitations: Coordinate and send exclusive event invitations to relevant players, handling details and ensuring a smooth experience.
  • Daily Account Monitoring: Regularly review accounts to proactively address any issues or trends impacting player engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze data on account activity, using insights to optimize engagement strategies and report findings to the team.
