What You'll Do:
As an Account Executive at Criteo, your role is to nurture prospects, create new opportunities, and initiate and manage a multi-product proposition sales cycle to close. You drive business directly as well as indirectly through agencies.
We want our current and future team members to be excited about enabling clients to reach their marketing goals with trusted and impactful advertising.

As an Account Executive, you are autonomous and independent, yet also a team player.

You partner with an Account strategist to research prospects and enable indirect channel business development.

You are comfortable with cold-calling and video-calls, and ready to use tools such as Salesforce CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to increase volume and maximize your conversion rate.

Your main activity will be planning and execution of strategies and tactics to consistently hit Revenue and margin targets. This value sales role requires nurturing relationships while operating efficiently and effectively.

You will develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans, tracking progress to achieve these goals.

You will generate new opportunities through Criteo's partners.

In this role, we expect you to build great relationships with all the internal stakeholders that will operate with you: marketing, legal, technical, account managers, product specialists, and more.

You have a deep understanding of the Ad Tech Industry and a proven track record of success in technology sales, complex and multi-product.
Who You Are:

4-7 years of proven experience as a Sales Account Executive in the Ad Tech or Mar-Tech industry, ideally within display, search, and e-commerce sectors.

You have consultative selling and closing skills that you’re actively working on developing. You are used to running discovery questions and have some knowledge of Sales models.

You can forecast accurately and can manage your pipeline proactively. You may be managing many mid-sized prospects at any given time for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.

You love achieving and have a track record of high performance of achieving sales quotas. You can’t wait to bring that impactful focus to Criteo!

You have good analytical skills and are a data-driven decision-maker, able to use data and numbers to formulate and sustain business proposals/plans. You can understand client business needs and provide an account plan in a timely and personalized way.

Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. An ability to open doors across clients at all levels.

A strong team player but a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Creative problem-solving and strong decision-making capabilities.

Business-level English proficiency or higher (Advanced level preferred).

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
