Job Duties
- Prospect and develop new business relationships with local and regional clients
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client goals and challenges
- Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions
- Sell across multiple platforms, which may include broadcast, digital, streaming, podcast, and
events - Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through consistent communication
and service - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (programming, promotions, digital, creative) to execute successful campaigns
- Maintain accurate documentation, forecasts, and activity in sales systems
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
- Attend client meetings, station events, and community functions as needed
