What You'll Do…
- The primary task of a accounts executive is to handle queries/tasks received from customers/stakeholders and/or assigned to them by their supervisors
- He / She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then
- To accept direction / responsibility and maintain performance levels as per the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) assigned by the supervisor
- To be open to take additional responsibilities of training colleagues
- Consults with others on problems and activities; collects information from a range of sources to assist and guide job activities; asks effective questions to obtain information to help him/her perform their job
- Takes accountability for delivering on commitments; owns mistakes and uses them as opportunities for learning and development; openly discusses his/her actions and their consequences both good and bad
- Aggressively pursues challenging goals and objectives; will to put in considerable time and effort to accomplish objectives; takes a highly focused, goal driven approach toward work
What You’ll Need…
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Accounts
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounting
- MUST be willing to work in all shifts including night
- Experience of transition handling is preferred
- Ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate attitude for learning/Innovation and apply to solve problem in system
- Able to work under pressure, positive attitude towards teamwork and good responsibility
- Be able to work in shift and multicultural working environment
- Travel overseas may be required on occasion as business need
