So, what’s the role all about?
As part of our sales team, you will excel in internal and external relationship building with Online Lending, Fintech, Collections, and/or Healthcare Leadership teams across the United States. The Account Executive will represent the VoApps brand by introducing the DirectDrop Voicemail technology into Call Centers. The primary objective of the Account Executive role is to generate revenue by helping prospective Clients achieve their internal goals by implementing DirectDrop Voicemail. Secondary objectives include but are not limited to Business Development, Operations, Marketing, and Reporting.
How will you make an impact?
- Attain or exceed quarterly sales quota. Meet or exceed required sales activity levels as defined by the company.
- Pipeline development by contacting prospective customers through digital channels, phone, in person, conferences, channel partners, and speaking engagements.
- Gather information on the prospective customer’s business processes, critical success factors, and competitive standing through a strategic and consultative sales approach to deliver value-added business solutions.
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective clients in the assigned market segment to generate new business and grow existing business.
- Leverage existing relationships and build new contacts in order to secure interest in DirectDrop Voicemail.
- Provide strategic input and exceptional ability to build company presentations, content, design, process, campaigns, reporting, research and development, account management, events, and client success.
- Accurately update and manage sales funnel and pipeline with the company’s client relationship management software.
- Effective articulation of VoApps’ unique selling points and value propositions.
Have you got what it takes?
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years experience in a call center leadership role
- 2+ years experience in Sales, Business Development, and/or Account Management role
- Expertise in blended or outbound contact center metrics and reporting
- Exemplary communication skills including but not limited to listening, written, creative, and oral
- Experience in public speaking in front of audiences of all sizes
- High energy, strong work ethic, and motivation to drive results in a challenging, entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
- Ability to self-manage and operate independently while being a team player
