About Dash TechnologiesDash Technologies Inc., headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, is a rapidly expanding IT services and staffing organization known for delivering high-quality talent solutions across enterprise and government clients in the United States. We specialize in compliance-driven hiring, VMS/MSP environments, and government-specific requirements, and we partner with over two dozen U.S. state government agencies on critical technology initiatives — including strategic programs such as AI strategy development and implementation.
As we continue to scale our U.S. public sector practice, we are strengthening our team with a Client Partner who can both win new logos and own and grow the SLED accounts we already serve.
Role SummaryWe are seeking a Client Partner to play a pivotal role in driving Dash Technologies' continued growth across U.S. State, Local & Education (SLED) staffing. This individual-contributor role combines structured new-business development with hands-on commercial ownership of existing client accounts. The ideal candidate brings strong familiarity with American government agency environments, exceptional American English communication skills, and sharp analytical capabilities. You will own the commercial client lifecycle — from market research and structured outbound prospecting, to decision-maker engagement, contract renewals, and account growth — while partnering closely with Dash's Delivery team, who own day-to-day consultant care.
Key ResponsibilitiesNew Business Development (SLED)
- Research and identify IT buyers, procurement contacts, and hiring managers across U.S. state agencies, K-12 and higher-ed institutions, and local government entities (SLED), using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and other AI-powered prospecting tools.
- Maintain a structured daily outreach cadence of 20 to 30 targeted calls and emails to prospective IT buyers, generating qualified leads and booking discovery meetings.
- Identify and qualify relevant RFP/RFI opportunities aligned to Dash Technologies’ growth strategy, and hand off qualified opportunities to the Proposals/Capture team for response development.
- Design and execute outbound sales cadences, structured pipeline management, and consistent CRM tracking of all activity.
Account Ownership & Client Relationship Management
- Own the commercial relationship with the end-buyer and hiring manager at each client account — extensions, renewals, new requisitions, and expansion conversations.
- Partner with the Delivery team, who own day-to-day consultant care, check-ins, and quality control; coordinate and escalate as needed to keep clients informed and consultants supported.
- Track contract and consultant end dates, initiating renewal or extension conversations well ahead of expiry.
- Identify and pursue account growth opportunities — additional requisitions, new departments, or adjacent agencies — within existing client accounts.
- For critical government relationships requiring in-person or onsite engagement, coordinate with U.S.-based Dash leadership to support or lead the meeting.
Pipeline, CRM & Reporting Discipline
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date CRM records of all leads, contacts, calls, emails, meetings, and account activity.
- Schedule and manage meetings between Dash Technologies leadership and client decision-makers, tracking outcomes and next steps.
- Provide regular activity and pipeline reporting (daily/weekly/monthly) to sales leadership.
General Ownership
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and disciplined follow-up across all prospects and accounts.
- Cultivate new partnerships and strengthen existing relationships to drive revenue, consistently meeting sales and account objectives including project volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales and account management plans, including market database acquisition, segmentation, and CRM integration.
- MBA is mandatory, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of Business Development / Sales / Account Management experience in a service industry — preferably U.S. IT Consulting or Staffing.
- Strong familiarity with U.S. SLED procurement environments — including state and local procurement cycles, RFP/RFI processes, VMS/MSP platforms (Fieldglass, Dotstaff, etc.), and direct client, VMS/MSP, and prime/subcontractor engagement models.
- Comfortable owning commercial client relationships — renewals, extensions, and account growth — while partnering closely with the Delivery team on day-to-day consultant care.
- Structured outreach discipline — able to sustain a consistent, high-quality cadence of 20 to 30 calls and emails per day.
- Excellent American English communication & comprehension — both written and verbal — with the ability to engage confidently with U.S. government stakeholders and enterprise decision-makers.
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret market data, evaluate opportunities, read and qualify RFPs, and translate insights into actionable account and business development strategies.
- Resourceful and proactive, with a willingness to conduct deep research on clients, prospects, and individual contacts.
- Presentable and professional demeanor suitable for representing Dash Technologies to senior U.S. clients.
- Quick learner with a proactive, self-driven approach and a strong sense of ownership.
- Team-oriented and capable of growing into a team-lead role as the SLED practice scales.
- Hands-on proficiency with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, and emerging AI-based prospecting platforms.
- Prior experience selling staffing or IT services into U.S. State, Local & Education (SLED) agencies.
- Prior experience managing a book of placed consultants or client accounts in an IT staffing or C2C environment.
- Exposure to compliance frameworks relevant to government staffing (E-Verify, I-9, state-specific clearances, MBE/WBE/SDVOSB certifications).
- Experience working with U.S. Tier-1 System Integrators as a prime/sub partner on state engagements.
- The opportunity to shape and scale a high-growth U.S. SLED practice at a fast-moving, Dublin, Ohio–headquartered IT services firm.
- Direct commercial ownership of both new business development and a meaningful book of U.S. SLED client relationships.
- A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong leadership support and a clear path to team lead.
- Fixed base plus performance-linked incentive/commission tied to meetings booked, placements, and account growth.
