The Role:
- Daily Narrative Execution: Lead the daily outreach and storytelling for a roster of clients. You move beyond support to actively engage with LA-based talent reps, managers, and creators, securing impactful wins and partnerships that move the needle.
- Creator Economy Integration: Identify the right creators and social media voices to move the needle for our clients. You understand how content moves through the social ecosystem and help bridge the gap between a brand mission and a creator’s community to drive authentic advocacy.
- Active Talent Outreach: You are a proactive and professional pitcher who thrives in the LA hustle. You leverage your growing network of industry contacts to secure high-impact collaborations across lifestyle, entertainment, and social impact.
- Strategic Ground Game: Plan and execute the logistics for talent-focused moments, including influencer-led activations, red carpets, and content shoots. You own the details—from managing invite lists to on-site talent wrangling—with total professional poise.
- Content Command: Produce sophisticated, client-ready materials including creative briefs, talent itineraries, social briefs, and executive briefing notes. You are a fast, sharp writer who knows how to tailor a narrative for any platform.
- Account Stewardship: Manage the essential foundation of your accounts with total precision. You own the agendas, meeting recaps, activity reports, and budget trackers, ensuring your senior managers and clients are always briefed and one step ahead.
- Cultural & Social Radar: Act as the team’s eyes and ears on the West Coast social zeitgeist. You monitor news cycles and platform trends to flag pop culture moments and creator shifts that offer a window for client engagement.
- Relationship Driven: You recognize that our business is built on trust and authenticity. You lead by example in every interaction—prioritizing integrity and a solution-oriented attitude with co-workers, talent reps, and the media.
Who You Are:
- The Emerging Hybrid Specialist: You have 2–3 years of experience in communications, entertainment, or PR. You have a documented track record of securing partnerships and are an expert at using talent research tools to find the perfect partner for a campaign.
- Creator Economy Fluent: You live at the intersection of social media and the creator economy. You understand the "why" behind an influencer’s connection to a brand and have a genuine interest in combining entertainment with social good.
- The Situational Strategist: You possess high EQ and strong accountability. You know how to communicate effectively with senior staff, handle the fast-paced LA environment, and maintain a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A Meticulous Researcher: Your research skills are elite. You don’t just find names; you find the specific connection points that make a story or a partnership break through.
- A Strong, Fast Writer: You are a concise and creative writer. Whether it’s a talent invitation, a press pitch, or a creative brief, your writing is sharp, persuasive, and error-free.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: You have an innate curiosity and a proactive attitude. You don’t wait for a task to be assigned; you look for ways to be helpful and bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas to every team brainstorm.
You don’t HAVE to have this, but it sure would be nice:
- Previous experience working with teams in multiple locations and time-zones.
- Experience work with a project manager on an integrated communications teams (assisting with talent integration, media relations, social media, creative, brand integration)
- Interests beyond influencer – we never like to stay in our lanes here and particularly like to combine entertainment and social good.
- Previous experience using talent/influencer research tools like Celebrity Intelligence, IMDb Pro, Julius.
