Engineering Manager responsible for leading a team of 4–6 engineers, mentoring developers, improving delivery processes, and ensuring technical quality. The role partners with Product, Design, customers, and Talent Acquisition; translates product goals into technical plans; addresses blockers and technical debt; reviews architecture; supports integrations; and helps establish scalable engineering practices within a fast-growing startup.

Owns commercial contracting for international sports organizations, including reviewing, redlining, negotiating, and finalizing MSAs, service agreements, order forms, SOWs, NDAs, DPAs, and vendor agreements. Partners with Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Customer Success to resolve deal issues quickly. Builds legal playbooks, uses AI to streamline contract work, and supports privacy, security, and vendor due diligence matters.

Own full-cycle enterprise sales for sports organizations across North America, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and closing. Build pipeline independently, manage strategic account plans, develop executive and operational relationships, and close complex $20K–$200K ARR deals with 3–9 month sales cycles. Lead consultative presentations, coordinate evaluations with Solutions and Customer Success, maintain forecasts, and support successful handoffs. Regular travel to client sites, league offices, and industry events is required.

Support international People Operations and Talent Acquisition across HR administration, onboarding, employee cases, office logistics, equipment management, culture initiatives, employer branding, tech events, referrals, and sourcing research. The intern will also audit administrative processes and build AI automations with Claude while helping maintain a fast-scaling Paris office and global team.

Design, build and operate ScorePlay's multi-region AWS platform at petabyte scale. Own Kubernetes/Terraform/Terragrunt/Helm infrastructure, Kafka event streaming, storage economics, developer self-service tooling, security/SOC2 readiness, on-call incident response, and cost-optimized multi-cloud/Bring Your Own Storage architectures.

As a Senior Back-end Engineer, you'll design and maintain backend services in Go, optimize databases, manage AWS infrastructure, and collaborate with teams to deliver quality technical solutions.
