Your ImpactAs a Small & Medium Business Account Executive, you will:
- Own the Business: Take full accountability for SMB segment sales targets, managing both run-rate business and large-scale opportunities.
- Territory Strategy: Define, implement, and optimize your territory plan, using data-driven insights to identify and capture high-potential market verticals.
- Market & Partner Growth: Analyze market trends to identify scalable opportunities; empower partners through enablement programs, digital marketing, and community-building initiatives.
- Scalable Sales Motions: Drive new logo acquisition using no-touch, low-touch, and omnichannel digital journeys to serve SMB customers efficiently.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Cisco’s extended teams (Virtual Sales, Channel, Specialists, and Marketing) to design and implement strategies that achieve revenue goals.
- Channel Ecosystem Expansion: Grow Cisco’s partner and distribution network, enhancing digital sales capabilities and promoting the adoption of SMB-specific specializations.
- Relationship Building: Build strategic, long-term relationships with partners and customers, influencing C-level collaborators on large deals while effectively managing transactional business.
- Customer Solutions Expertise: Articulate the value of Cisco’s portfolio—including Networking, Security, Collaboration and Data Center—to align with customer business and technical requirements.
- Team and Culture: Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment by demonstrating empathy, creativity, and proactive problem-solving.
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in developing and executing territory plans with measurable impact in the SMB/Mid-Market segment in Hungary.
- Partner Management: Demonstrated experience in partner sales enablement and distribution channel growth.
- Team member Management: Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve complex sales objectives.
- Language: Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and verbal).
