Your Impact

As a Services Strategist and Architect, you will design comprehensive service strategies that align Cisco’s portfolio with client business objectives to secure long-term partnerships. You will negotiate complex, high-stakes Service agreements to expand our market presence and drive sustainable, recurring revenue. This will ultimately drive the adoption of our technology and service offerings. You will accelerate client success and ensure customers realize the full value of their investments. You will cultivate deep, cross-functional partnerships across the public, private sector and CX organization to identify new opportunities and deliver cohesive, value-driven solutions, both directly and through Cisco partners. Finally, you will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle with precision, ensuring consistent revenue performance and operational excellence from initial discovery to final contract closure.

Scope & Span of Control: Oversees and aligns services across Norwegian public and private sector customers, for mainly Technical and Professional Services.

• Bridge the gap between complex software solutions and high-impact service outcomes to ensure clients receive tailored maintenance and professional service support that drives their long-term success.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years of related experience.

• Deep knowledge of the largest private and public sector organizations.

• Strong understanding of maintenance and professional services.

• Native Norwegian and business proficiency English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of IT operating models.

• Solid knowledge in ITIL.

• Strong understanding of partner business models and ecosystems.
