The Account Executive will partner with the Regional Consultant to support revenue growth and operational efficiencies on the Consultant’s book of business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- RFP/Quoting process support and pipeline management – Work with the RFP/Quote team to support the flow of RFP work with carriers and clients by securing missing information from clients and carriers, responding to analyst inquiries around the quoting process, and providing analysts with case level guidance, when appropriate
- Agency pipeline management – Work with broker clients to prioritize RFP pipeline, communicate RFP status and delivery dates. Scheduling of pre-renewal calls with the producer, account executive, and Centro Consultant where appropriate to craft marketing strategy or inforce negotiations
- Content development - for client and carrier partner meetings, including stewardship presentations, client training, carrier bonus tracking, etc. This will include external outreach to carriers to secure analytics and reporting
- Revenue Tracking and Reconciliation – assist Consultant with tracking and reconciliation of book of business revenue
- Administrative Support – Support Consultant with administrative tasks, including coordinating travel arrangements, filing expense reports, coordination of client and carrier entertainment events and appreciation activities etc.
- Assist with management of carrier relationships
- Assist with new client onboarding, in conjunction with Centro onboarding team
- Provide small-market (U100 life size segment) consulting and migration assistance, when appropriate
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Ability to influence and effectively interact with members of the C-suite
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated and disciplined
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage one's workload
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
Education, Training and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- Must have a practical knowledge of quoting process and tools
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with database applications
- Valid life and health insurance license, required
Base Pay Range: 150-200k
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
