Your Impact
As an Account Executive, you will manage a defined set of accounts, serving as the primary influencer in purchasing decisions and driving sustainable cross-portfolio growth. You will orchestrate complex deal cycles by aligning Cisco’s full product suite—including core secure networking, switching, wireless, and routing—with the specific needs of your customers. You will build and sustain long-term relationships by proactively uncovering business challenges and positioning transformative solutions that drive measurable outcomes. By leveraging data-driven insights and competitive analysis, you will manage a robust sales funnel, provide accurate forecasts, and ensure our customers receive the long-term value they expect from a strategic partner. Your success will be defined by your ability to navigate internal and external stakeholders, champion customer-first strategies, and secure agreements that fuel both account retention and revenue expansion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of related work experience in technology sales.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification through to proposal and contract closure.
- Proven track record of managing sales funnels and creating accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts within CRM systems.
- Experience in consultative selling, specifically in identifying customer business goals and aligning them with complex technical solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with specialist teams and extended resources to enhance the sales process and resolve technical or commercial roadblocks.
- Fluency in English and French languages.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in core secure networking technologies, including switching, wireless, routing, and firewall solutions, Compute and AI skills.
- Strong executive presence with experience engaging and influencing C-suite leaders and key decision-makers.
- Ability to interpret market trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional negotiation skills, with a focus on balancing competitive pricing, service levels, and contractual commitments.
