Client Executive - AI Select

Riyadh or Dammam, Saudi Arabia

As Client Executive, you will join our global AI Select team, directly attached to Dell Technologies’ Chief Revenue Officer and become the trusted advisor to executive Decision Makers at CXO level within your account. Working closely with the Dell Technologies Architect and our global CTO team, you will translate the customers’ business needs into opportunities that are best supported through the Dell Technologies family of businesses.  The Client Executive will be responsible for orchestrating the short and long term strategic approach for the customer and collaboratively harness and manage all necessary resources to achieve customer and DT objectives.

What you’ll achieve
As a Client Executive – AI Select, you will have global responsibility for driving the business and executive relationship with one of Dell Technologies’ top 10 customers, worldwide.
You will:
• Have overall Account Growth, Profitability and customer NPS responsibility across Dell Technologies

• Develop, execute and communicate strategic plan to all constituents; Communicate organizational and functional strategy and translate it into goals.

• Serve as the trusted advisor to customer executives and establish strategic-partner status within your account.

• Be responsible for identifying the appropriate coverage model and resourcing levels for their account.

• Be responsible for attracting and retaining talent specifically aligned to their account.

• Lead activities of all aligned resources to ensure compliance with tactical and strategic objectives.

Essential Requirements
 

• 10+ years of experience selling technology solutions to high profile companies in Saudi, resulting in annual revenue generation of $50m or more
• Demonstrated strong leadership, partnership and influencing capabilities. Including consultative strategic selling experience

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal skills which allow you to interact with confidence and credibility at all levels within the DT family of companies, customers, partners and vendors

• Experience working in a matrixed, complex, fast-moving and constantly changing sales environments within an extremely competitive market

• Practical understanding of AI, Compute, Networking, Security, Data storage and private cloud, as well as the solution’s value when mapped to an account’s business needs

• Able to clearly demonstrate executive presence and the ability to engage in business level discussions with C-Suite

• Ability to quickly articulate the value of Dell Technologies across all components of the portfolio thought leadership to senior management
Desirable Requirements
Master’s degree (MS/MBA) or higher
