What You’ll DoAs part of the Premium Sales Team, you will:
- Generate new business as a C.C. Creations ambassador within your local community.
- Become a promotional products expert, from tee shirts to tumblers.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: from prospecting to pricing to order fulfilment.
- Utilize our ERP and CRM platforms to manage business communications.
- Collaborate with and add value to the department and your local team.
- Be supported, encouraged, and held accountable as you pursue your goals.

- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite and computers, in general.
- Reliable transportation for visiting prospects and customers.

- Competitive pay: $55K annual base salary, plus a commission structure that accommodates first-year foundations and adapts as your book of business grows.
- Schedule: As an exempt professional, your time is yours to manage. Reaching your budget goals requires investing more than 40 hours per week. To ensure seamless team collaboration and top-tier client support, you must be fully accessible between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
