What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in administrative careers, and/or other related discipline.
- Experience in sales, specifically in Telcos our Gambling sector.
- Preferred 3+ general business work with experience on sales.
- Located in Bogota, Colombia
- Knowledge about the credit reporting industry or International business planning experience would be a plus.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and the Office Suite of applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a dynamic team in a rapidly changing environment.
- Solid project management capabilities and high attention to detail; comfortable working under conflicting priorities and producing key deliverables.
- Sound business judgment and excellent problem solving and influencing skills.
- Proficient organizational and interpersonal skills.

Impact You'll Make:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will develop and execute business development strategies for business clients to ensure growth and achieve of revenue objectives within our Telcos and Gambling Sector. The individual will be the lead in 590K USD in revenues in one year. The individual must able to drive the highest level of client service and improve relationships in the process. The individual must build and maintain senior level clients by identifying incremental and transformational business opportunities.
- Responsible for achieving the annual revenue target for his/her targeted “high opportunity” client base.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility on sales and revenue performance by actively managing pipeline of opportunities and weekly sales forecasts.
- Be the face for the most part of the company with key accounts.
- Build and maintain senior relationships with all key account players, including an understanding of their purchasing criteria.
- Provides sales coverage for accounts with significant potential.
- Engages subject matter experts to collaboratively identify, sell, close and manage prospects.
- Mentors other associates on sales techniques, tools and best practices.
- Consistently demonstrates a high level of competency in key skills and behaviors (e.g. consultative selling, prospecting, and solution development).
- Displays advanced industry knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, problem solving/decision making and communication skills including a medium command of English.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
