We’re looking for Senior Account Executives who thrive in a high-volume, high-velocity sales environment and love the thrill of winning fast.

In this role, you’ll be part of a high-performance SaaS sales team that connects daily with small business owners ready to modernize how they hire and manage their teams. You’ll handle a rapid sales cycle — reaching hundreds of prospects each week, running tight discovery calls, and closing deals that help small businesses save time and run more efficiently.

  • Own the full sales cycle from discovery through close

  • Manage a mix of inbound leads and self-generated outbound opportunities

  • Execute a high-volume prospecting strategy, including 75+ outbound calls daily, while effectively managing inbound demand

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with small business owners and operators

  • Partner with SDR teams to maximize conversion and pipeline creation

  • Use AI and automation tools to increase productivity, improve outreach effectiveness, and reduce administrative work

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, CRM hygiene, and opportunity management
