About the RoleYou'll be an Account Executive, working in-person from our Austin office, focused on expanding our staffing platform to thousands of new customers. You'll be the first conversation offices have about Teero, many are warm inbound leads. You'll focus on understanding their pain points, qualifying them, and demoing the product.
Because we're AI-native, you'll have tools and workflows that make you wildly efficient—better data on which offices to call, when to call them, and what to say. The people who thrive in this role are the ones who combine relentless phone activity with smart, targeted outreach.

What You'll OwnReach out to new prospects to introduce our staffing platform product
Understand each office's pain points and qualify them for deeper sales conversations
Book and queue meetings with qualified, engaged prospects
Build and refine outreach playbooks—sequences, talk tracks, objection handling—that make the whole team better
Use AI-powered tools to prioritize outreach and personalize your approach at scale
Partner with operations and product teams to sharpen our understanding of what offices need
Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and customer feedback
A track record of winning—this shouldn't be your first job, but we care far more about your drive than your years of experience

BDR/SDR at a high-growth SaaS or marketplace company ready to move into an Account Executive role
Currently an Account Executive looking for a more dynamic role and company
Former entrepreneurs who know how to hustle and sell
Early-stage startup operators who've worn multiple hats
Anyone who's sold something and was great at it
Experience selling into healthcare or dental practices
Familiarity with staffing software, revenue cycle management, medical billing, or insurance claims
Experience with CRM tools and sales automation
You're uncomfortable making a high volume of calls every day
You prefer inbound leads handed to you rather than building your own pipeline
You're not excited about wearing multiple hats and doing whatever it takes
You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
You only want remote work—this role is in-person at our Austin HQ
