Role Overview:
As a Specialist, Enrollment, you are motivated and driven, with a self-starting attitude. You play a crucial role in identifying the unique challenges and pain points that our potential customers face in managing their businesses. You engage with service professionals (our Pros) to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that showcase the value of our offerings. By conducting compelling product demos and sharing expert knowledge, you guide them on how to best utilize our services to maximize their business potential.
Your primary responsibility is to demonstrate how our HCP Assist service can effectively alleviate these issues, driving growth and success for their operations.

What you do each day:

- Demonstrate a strong drive to contribute genuine value for our Pros and the company through successfully onboarding your prospects onto our product

- Deliver robust customer service, communication, presentation, and creative problem-solving skills
- Overcome objections as they are presented
- Use various methods to contact prospective customers
Qualifications:
- 2+ years working in inside sales, and at least 1 as an AE or equivalent role required (software a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Salesforce and SAAS experience preferred

Location Dependent information
This role is open to candidates and the expected compensation range for this role is $23.56-$40.86/hour (includes base and variable commission). The specific hourly rate for the successful candidate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible to participate in Housecall Pro’s the following benefits: health care insurance (medical, dental, vision, disability), employee assistance program, 401(K), flexible time off, paid parental leave, tech reimbursement, and other company benefits. Housecall Pro is growing fast and we’re scaling our team to help enable and accelerate our growth.
