We are looking for a highly motivated, quota-driven individual to join our Account Executive team and drive growth across German-speaking markets.
 
This is a high-volume, efficiency-focused role where you will qualify inbound leads and BDR-sourced opportunities, close deals quickly with our packaged PRO offering, and build momentum through a strong pipeline.
 
You will own the full conversion process for your segment, driving revenue growth while maintaining the quality of relationships that turn customers into long-term advocates. Your ability to balance volume, velocity, and sound escalation judgment will be key to your success in this role at Brevo.

As Account Executive at Brevo, you will:

  • Grow Brevo’s revenues by outperforming on signing new accounts
  • Maintain a monthly sales target and achieve total quotas quarterly
  • Add great value to our clients by solving their pains and delivering them the best solution possible
  • Contribute to the success of the entire sales team by understanding the clients and the market, as well as contribute to improving our tools and processes

Who you are:

  • You have 2+ years of proven sales experience (previous BDR experience is a plus).
  • You possess a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, both in complex sales environments and faster sales cycles.
  • You are skilled at understanding and clearly pitching use cases, offering solutions, and finding workarounds when necessary, using the right industry vocabulary to drive adoption.
  • You are agile, able to adapt to feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to build new systems and processes.
  • You are genuinely curious, always seeking to understand people and their goals.
  • You speak German at a native level and have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English - Any additional language is a plus.
  • You are hands-on, with a proactive mindset, eager to take on challenges and actively seek solutions in a dynamic, evolving environment.
