- You have 2+ years of proven sales experience (previous BDR experience is a plus).

- You are skilled at understanding and clearly pitching use cases, offering solutions, and finding workarounds when necessary, using the right industry vocabulary to drive adoption.
- You are agile, able to adapt to feedback, and collaborate with colleagues to build new systems and processes.
- You are genuinely curious, always seeking to understand people and their goals.
- You speak German at a native level and have excellent written and spoken communication skills in English - Any additional language is a plus.
