The role

Reporting to the senior client services team in our Dubai office, this Account Executive opportunity is focused on the following:

• Supporting the team in delivering corporate annual reporting, brand and marketing projects by assisting with administrative tasks, client communication, and overall project delivery.

• Helping manage day-to-day client relationship and providing consistent, timely updates, ensuring a smooth flow of information between clients and internal teams.

• Learning the nuances of client service and project management, gaining exposure to various aspects of account management across multiple communication disciplines.

• Assisting in the preparation of client materials, reports, and timelines under the guidance of more senior team members, ensuring accuracy and consistency

You’ll be responsible for supporting the team on a variety of tasks, ensuring that client expectations are met and projects are delivered efficiently. Your role will focus on learning and growing within the team, gaining the experience and skills necessary to take on more responsibility over time.

Success is measured by your ability to learn quickly, provide valuable support to the team, and contribute to the smooth delivery of client work. As you develop, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting client satisfaction and helping to drive the success of the accounts you work on.

The responsibilities that we’ll trust you with in the role include:

  • Assist in day-to-day account management, providing support on administrative tasks, client communication, and project documentation.

  • Help maintain client relationships by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of project materials, status reports, and updates.

  • Coordinate project logistics, including scheduling meetings, managing timelines, and keeping internal teams on track.

  • Support the creation of client-facing documents, such as presentations, reports, and proposals, ensuring quality and consistency under supervision.

  • Keep track of project progress, ensuring deadlines are met and proactively raising any concerns.

  • Assist in gathering insights and data for client reports, ensuring all information is organised and easily accessible for internal and client use.

  • Support in maintaining a thorough project documentation, including meeting notes, clientfeedback, and action items.

  • Take initiative in learning about client industries, project specifics, and communication strategies to become a more effective team member.

What we are looking for
  • A fluent Arabic speaker, in both Arabic and English (this must include reading, written and speaking in Arabic and English)

  • Based in Dubai, and comfortable working on-site 3 days per week

  • 1-2 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, economics, or a related field – internship experience would also be considered

  • A keen Interest in client services and a desire to grow in a fast-paced, client-facing role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Comfortable with administrative support tasks while eager to learn about strategic account management

  • A collaborative team player - proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented

  • Curious, self-motivated, and eager to gain exposure to a broad range of communication projects

Skills Required
