JSCAPE is a part of Redwood Software and is a leading Managed File Transfer (MFT) software company that empowers businesses to securely exchange and manage data across their global networks. With a strong commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team and drive expansion efforts globally.

As an Account Executive with a primary focus on expansion for our File Transfer Business, you will play a crucial role in identifying and capturing growth opportunities within our existing customer base. You will work closely with our clients to understand their evolving needs, demonstrate the value of our MFT solutions, and drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling in coordination with our account management teams.

  • Customer Expansion Strategy: develop and execute comprehensive expansion strategies for existing Redwood customers by leveraging your deep understanding of our MFT solutions and the specific challenges faced by each customer.

  • Relationship Building: cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including C-level executives, IT managers, and procurement teams - as well as internal account management team.

  • Needs Assessment: conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional MFT services and products that align with customer requirements.

  • Product Knowledge: maintain an expert-level understanding of our MFT solutions, staying up-to-date on product updates, enhancements, and industry trends to effectively communicate their value to customers.

  • Sales Presentations: deliver compelling and tailored presentations and demonstrations of our MFT solutions, highlighting how they can address specific customer pain points and drive business outcomes.

  • Contract Negotiation: lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, working closely with the account management, legal and finance teams to ensure terms are mutually beneficial.

  • Revenue Growth: meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through a combination of expansion efforts and new customer acquisition.

YOUR EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record of successfully selling complex software solutions, preferably in the IT or software industry.

  • Previous experience in account management and expansion-focused roles.

  • Strong understanding of Managed File Transfer (MFT) technologies and related solutions is a plus.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts simultaneously, and prioritize effectively.

  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
