Job DescriptionThe Account Executive for Care for Business, will proactively build client relationships while consistently achieving and exceeding revenue objectives. This position will ideally have experience working with Human Resources, Finance, and IT organizations.
Care for Business, Care.com’s fastest-growing business unit, provides family care benefits for employers. Our products enable employees to manage all their family care needs, so they can focus on doing exciting things at work. This position calls for a solutions-oriented and consummate relationship builder, they will work with key client managers, negotiating business terms, and securing partnerships that are mutually beneficial to Care.com and our client.
What You’ll Do:
- 100% new business generation for our Care for Business group
- Generate and maintain a consistent and balanced pipeline of opportunities in assigned territory and negotiate those deals through the sales cycle to close
- Achieve individual revenue goals/quota on a consistent quarterly and annual basis
- Command of products, industry, and competitive knowledge and trends with focus on target markets
- Consult with C-level executives to develop an effective, enterprise-wide strategy that improves the value delivered by Care's products and services
- Interact with potential partners, industry groups, and other key external partners to understand and evaluate business opportunities, and to develop, modify and implement business development activities
- Work closely with the Care.com management team to analyze sales and financial metrics
- 7+ years of demonstrated experience acquiring new customers and expanding our existing accounts
- Proven track record working with Fortune 500 Companies, closing $500,000+ deals
- Experience selling into human resources and benefits
- Tech/SaaS sales background preferred
- Experience selling to all levels of decision-makers, (e.g., Managers, Directors, VP and C-level+)
- Experience working with referral partners, resellers, brokers, and other channels
- Ability to organize, develop and implement a strategic plan with vertical focus and identification and prioritization of target accounts
- Organized and process-oriented in approach and prioritization of targets & tasks – able to manage concurrent activities across the sales cycle and multiple opportunities
- Negotiating & Closing Skills – ability to consistently close deals through effective negotiations and deal management
- Ability to maintain accurate information on each account in a sales automation system
- Strong relationship management skills
- High degree of integrity and professionalism
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills
- Strong Presentation Skills to small and large audiences, including C-level audiences

Salary Range: $100,000-$120,000 Base + Commission
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of IAC’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, IAC provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
