What you'll do:
- Manage an enterprise territory in Europe with a Central European focus
- Manage a pipeline of opportunities and identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential prospects
- Conduct in-depth discovery calls, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospects
- Educate prospects to help them learn how Zowie will help their business operate more efficiently and grow revenue
- Demonstrate ROI through value-based selling
- Build pipeline through strategic outbound programs
- Become an expert on our products, customer experience, and the AI landscape
Ideally, you'll bring with you:
- 7+ years of closing sales experience, including to large enterprises
- Full cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of building and closing pipeline
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English
- Track record of meeting/exceeding quotas
- Exceptional consultative selling skills
- Excellent presentation skills, both in virtual and in-person settings
