Position Title: Employee Benefits Account Executive

Reports to: Director of Employee Benefits
Position Overview:
This position manages a complex book of employee benefits business and acts as the primary service contact. The account executive offers a strategic and consultative approach to employee benefits account management.
Primary Responsibilities:
Manages a complex book of business with varying funding mechanisms, advanced contract features and structures, requiring experience and technical knowledge.
Primary contact between clients and carriers with goals of client retention and growth. Regularly communicates with clients and carrier partners (at least quarterly).
Drives renewal process and can lead client meetings regarding renewals and utilization review.
Introduces new products and promotes them through regular visits and frequent communication with intermediaries. Increases profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added value services wherever possible.
Ensures credibility with clients by maintaining detailed knowledge of current market conditions and competitors’ products and acts as technical expert.
Supports open enrollment process, including preparation, communications and scheduling (if applicable).
Maintains documentation in accordance with HIPAA and company procedures, including keeping agency management system updated in a timely manner.
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.

$57,044.00 - $95,056.00FNB’s total rewards package may include other components such as: overtime, incentive, equity and benefits.
