About the RoleThe Account Executive in Ecuador will be the strategic pillar for the retention and growth of our client portfolio. Unlike a purely sales-focused profile, this role combines commercial vision with impeccable operational execution, ensuring that every contract and project translates into real value for both the client and Wursta.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management (B2B & B2C): Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and consumers, building long-term relationships based on trust.
Bids and Tenders: Lead the preparation and technical-administrative application for public and private tenders within the Ecuadorian market.
Contract Administration: Oversee the execution of contracts and projects, ensuring compliance with milestones, budgets, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Operational & Agile Management: Apply agile methodologies to coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Pre-sales, and Support) for the delivery of technology solutions.
Technology Adoption: Communicate the value of Google solutions and Wursta’s professional services to drive cloud adoption.
Commercial Strategy: Identify key events and opportunities within current accounts to perform upselling and cross-selling.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration with a technological focus, or related fields.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of prior experience in the technology sector, preferably in account or project management roles.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English level (B2/C1), capable of collaborating with international teams and completing global certifications.
Deep knowledge of the Google Cloud & Google Workspace ecosystem.
Expertise in management tools such as Salesforce, CRMs, and project management software.
Proficiency in public procurement processes (SERCOP) and private tenders in Ecuador.
Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Emotional Intelligence: High capacity to manage conflict, negotiate under pressure, and lead with empathy.
Executive Mindset: Ability to interact with and present solutions to C-Level Executives.
Organization: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
