As an Account Executive, you will manage the full sales cycle, build client relationships, and drive revenue by effectively communicating technology solutions.

Leads technical post-sales deployments of Google Workspace and related collaboration technologies. Oversees large-scale data migrations from legacy platforms, delivers Google Workspace and Google Cloud professional services, manages parallel projects, supports sales engineering, and presents technical processes and documentation to stakeholders.

Leads Tier-3 security monitoring, threat detection, incident response, threat hunting, and SLA delivery across multi-tenant environments. Builds AI-assisted automation, SOAR playbooks, detection rules, integrations, and LLM-powered enrichment pipelines using Python or other backend languages. Advises clients, supports compliance with security and privacy frameworks, and improves alert quality across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network telemetry.

Provides technical customer success and support for Google Workspace and GCP customers across LATAM. Responsibilities include resolving escalated issues, monitoring KPIs, improving product adoption, coordinating with internal teams and third-party providers, maintaining customer relationships, and producing project progress reports. The role also supports continuous service improvement, stakeholder communication, and development of new service offerings.

Develop and implement change management strategies for technology initiatives. Conduct impact assessments, create communication and stakeholder engagement plans, facilitate training, coach affected teams, measure adoption, and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders. The role supports successful technology implementation and organizational adoption while managing multiple projects and staying current with change management practices.

Support AI and workspace change initiatives for SMB/mid-market clients by executing change strategies, facilitating AI enablement workshops, creating adoption content, managing stakeholder engagement, and collaborating with technical teams to drive sustained LLM and Google Workspace adoption.
