We’re excited to be hiring an Account Executive (Desk-Based) into our team! Whether you have a background in excellent customer service and looking for a new opportunity, or an experienced Service Advisor from a dealership ready to take your industry knowledge to another level, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting Account Managers with administration, reporting and creating training materials

  • Providing remote training on Cooper Solutions products and help resolve customer support issues

  • Developing your understanding of our products, the automotive retail sector and account management strategy

  • A strong communicator who is customer-focused and a team player, with a genuine desire to help others.

  • Someone who is organised, able to multi-task, and keen to learn new systems and concepts.
