The Role – Account Executive (Desk-Based)

We’re excited to be hiring an Account Executive (Desk-Based) into our team! Whether you have a background in excellent customer service and looking for a new opportunity, or an experienced Service Advisor from a dealership ready to take your industry knowledge to another level, we’d love to hear from you!
What you’ll be doing:
Supporting Account Managers with administration, reporting and creating training materials
Providing remote training on Cooper Solutions products and help resolve customer support issues
Developing your understanding of our products, the automotive retail sector and account management strategy
What we’re looking for:

A strong communicator who is customer-focused and a team player, with a genuine desire to help others.
Someone who is organised, able to multi-task, and keen to learn new systems and concepts.
