In this role, you’ll play a key part in strengthening client relationships and enhancing the experience across a portfolio of Public Sector clients. You’ll provide high-quality administrative and technical support to the account management team, clients, and key stakeholders, helping ensure seamless service delivery and consistent outcomes.

  • Partner with our offshore processing center and operations teams to identify improvement opportunities and support process/system enhancements
  • Maintain and support our online client portal, including ad hoc system training where required
  • Assist team members as needed to ensure consistent, high-quality client outcomes
  • Manage and maintain the daily team mailbox to support timely and accurate responses
  • Prepare documentation in line with company service standards, compliance procedures, and approved tools

What you need to have:

  • Demonstrated experience in an insurance broker support role
  • Public Sector and/or affinity servicing experience (highly regarded)
  • Tier 1 compliance (advantageous)
  • Strong understanding and application of insurance broking principles, products, and services
  • Confidence working across multiple systems and processes
  • Ability to manage, interpret, and analyze large datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with effective time management and presentation capability

Why join our team:

  • We help you be your best through professional development opportunities, interesting work and supportive leaders.

  • We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can work with talented colleagues to create new solutions and have impact for colleagues, clients and communities.
