We are seeking a commercially driven Account Executive to manage and grow strategic relationships with leading residential HVAC and heat pump manufacturers across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
This is a high-impact role focused on supporting OEMs that design and manufacture residential heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and home comfort solutions. You will work closely with procurement, engineering, product management, and executive stakeholders to deliver innovative compressor and controls technologies that support energy efficiency, sustainability, and market growth.
As residential heating electrification accelerates across Europe, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth of the heat pump market and next-generation home comfort technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across assigned residential HVAC OEM accounts.
- Drive the growth of strategic partnerships within the rapidly expanding European heat pump and residential comfort market.
- Manage large OEM customers manufacturing residential heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and related home comfort equipment.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, new product adoption, and long-term business growth.
- Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing reviews with key customers.
- Develop compelling commercial proposals that balance customer competitiveness with profitable growth.
- Conduct structured account planning, forecasting, and opportunity management activities.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Sales Engineers, Systems Engineers, Product Managers, and Operations teams to support customer projects.
- Visit customers regularly to understand product roadmaps, technology trends, manufacturing requirements, and future growth plans.
- Manage sales opportunities and customer activities through Salesforce and CRM tools.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned accounts.
- Monitor residential HVAC market trends, competitive activity, heat pump legislation, and emerging technologies.
- Support initiatives aimed at increasing market share within strategic residential HVAC OEM customers.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management, OEM sales, technical sales, business development, or related commercial roles.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
- Proven experience managing strategic customer relationships and long sales cycles.
- Strong commercial negotiation and pricing skills.
- Ability to influence technical, procurement, and commercial stakeholders.
- Experience working in manufacturing, engineered products, or technology-driven environments.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM experience.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
- Experience within the residential HVAC, heat pump, air conditioning, home comfort, or building technologies industries.
- Experience selling compressors, controls, electronics, thermal management solutions, or other HVAC-related technologies.
- Experience working directly with residential HVAC or heat pump OEM manufacturers.
- Understanding of heat pump market trends, decarbonization initiatives, and electrification of residential heating.
- Technical understanding of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycles, or engineered products.
- Experience in procurement-driven sales environments and strategic account development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
- Knowledge of multiple Central and Eastern European languages.

Skills Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in OEM account management, key account management, technical sales, or business development.
- Fluent in English and at least one of the following languages: Polish, Czech, Slovak, or Hungarian.
- Proven experience negotiating complex commercial agreements with large industrial customers.
- Strong commercial and pricing negotiation skills.
- Experience working with high-volume manufacturing environments where cost competitiveness is critical.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both internal and external decision-makers.
- Strong resilience and ability to perform effectively in high-pressure commercial negotiations.
- Experience managing long sales cycles and strategic customer relationships.
- Strong forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM experience.
- Willingness to travel regularly across Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary.
