NASCAR seeks a talented professional to join in the position of Account Executive, Brand Marketing based in our Charlotte, North Carolina office.

This person is responsible for day-to-day support of the company’s brand marketing campaigns including seamless integration with tracks and other key internal partners and external stakeholders, ensuring marketing plans are aligned with business priorities.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop campaigns and creative in support of Brand Marketing initiatives, including League focused initiatives and NASCAR-owned track admissions campaigns
  • Serve as project management lead on assigned projects, overseeing various aspects of projects from development of initial concept to execution
  • Elevate fan/consumer engagement via support of multi-channel campaign platforms
  • Serve as brand liaison to internal and external parties; review and approve usage of NASCAR IP
  • Interpret and communicate brand direction with and for Creative Services and NASCAR tracks
  • Create and deliver holistic, consistent consumer messaging and content plans, in collaboration with internal teams
  • Participate in and support the creation of internal and agency status reports, including coordinating meetings with colleagues and management as needed
  • Oversee and manage NASCAR Brand Portal, housing all marketing assets for industry use
  • Manage merchandise/licensing approvals within the Opsec licensing portal
  • Aid production processes in collaboration with Driver and Team marketing services
  • Facilitate delivery of league and track advertising creative to Media team and agency partner(s)
  • Travel: 10-15% including some weekends
  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Required skills / experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four (4) year college or university and a minimum of three (3) years of marketing or marketing agency experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Project management experience in sports and/or consumer brand industry preferred.
  • Proficient on company provided hardware and software. Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
