The team
You will be joining the Sales & Supply department which consists of around 40 team members working across markets. Our mission is to ensure that every tenant who is actively looking for accommodation can always find a home through our platform.
Your role & impact
As an Account Executive, you'll grow inventory in your assigned market(s) by generating leads, acquiring new businesses and managing them until the first booking. You'll help ensure every tenant can find a home through our platform. Your responsibilities include:
- Finding new prospects and improving lead generation tactics.
- Cold outreach via calls and email to qualify B2B prospects.
- Onboarding new accounts and managing them until the first booking.
- Conducting remote meetings and consistent follow-ups.
- Negotiating with advertisers to maximize mutual value.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships.
- Planning business trips and attending industry events to acquire new customers.
- Gathering customer feedback to enhance value delivery.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly KPIs for advertisers and bookings.
- Continuously improving your sales skills and knowledge of local property regulations.
Your profile
- Fluent in English and native-level German.
- Experienced in sales and eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
- Experience with a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus).
- Adaptable, communicative, and goal-driven.
- Energetic, optimistic, and a natural problem solver.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and motivates teammates.
