Role Responsibilities
- Achieve the targets for locations, transactions, and revenue in the assigned region.
- Interact with agents, activating and supporting them in the growth of all our products and services, maximizing sales opportunities.
- Build strong relationships of trust and fluid communication with clients. You will use your reporting skills to provide weekly reports and competitive analysis.
- Manage, control, and supervise all active agents, providing them with the support necessary for their proper operation.
- Manage a designated territory within the Northwest Greater Buenos Aires (GBA) region, ensuring effective market coverage and customer engagement.
Role requirements:
- At least two years of sales and B2C experience in retail channels and financial services companies.
- Negotiation and teamwork skills.
- The work environment requires autonomy and responsibility.
- Own vehicle in good condition. Includes a driver's license and vehicle ownership (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Work Shift
