About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Director to lead strategic enterprise relationships and drive business growth across Sweden and Finland.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing account strategies that expand our footprint within key enterprise customers while identifying and closing new business opportunities. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, ensuring Tricentis delivers measurable value aligned with customers’ digital transformation goals.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including pre-sales, customer success, professional services, and marketing — to deliver world-class client experiences and ensure long-term customer success across both markets.

What you will be doing

  • Own and drive the overall account strategy and execution plan across Sweden and Finland’s enterprise markets.
  • Lead and grow strategic, high-value client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Identify and close new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, to position Tricentis as a strategic technology partner.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless customer onboarding, value realisation, and ongoing success.
  • Accurately forecast and report on revenue performance, pipeline health, and key account metrics.
  • Represent Tricentis at industry events, executive roundtables, and strategic forums to enhance brand visibility across the Nordics.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision-making.

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or account management, ideally within testing, DevOps, automation, or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth across large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen with experience developing long-term account and territory plans.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise ecosystems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Salesforce) and DevOps/CI-CD methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships and influence executive stakeholders across both business and technical domains.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Swedish or Finnish, with strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
