Brand Stewardship
- Lead the brand with confidence by crafting briefs, framing challenges, and helping internal teams push the work to its full potential.
- Set a strategic vision for the business and drive it forward, ensuring work is grounded in insight and built for impact.Inspire and align internal teams through clear priorities, strong POVs, and a collaborative mindset.
- Ensure work is on brief, on brand, and pushing boundaries.
- Monitor the competitive landscape and cultural context to keep thinking sharp, current, and additive.
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a trusted strategic partner to senior clients by proactively identifying opportunities, challenging conventional thinking, and earning a seat at the table.
- Build and nurture strong relationships at every level, from day-to-day leads to C-suite decision-makers.
- Set clear goals and success metrics in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
- Own the account forecast, scopes, and profitability in partnership with finance and senior leadership.
- Grow the business organically by surfacing new ideas, unlocking additional scopes, and proving out results.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead and mentor high-performing teams with a focus on clarity, empowerment, and career development.
- Guide cross-functional teams with a solutions-first mindset, ensuring collaboration between creative, strategy, media, and production.
- Address issues head-on, resolve conflicts constructively, and model calm, focused leadership in high-pressure moments.
- Elevate the thinking of those around you by coaching junior talent, supporting peers, and sparring strategically with senior leads.
- Lead internal and client meetings with clarity, purpose, and energy that moves the work forward.
Partners and Key Relationships:
- Strategy: Co-pilot the brand’s trajectory with clear objectives, insightful inputs, and measurable outcomes.
- Creative: Champion brave ideas and help shape them to be both creatively ambitious and strategically on point.
- Media: Collaborate to build integrated plans that amplify the work and deliver results.
- Finance: Partner closely to manage scopes, budgets, and ensure a financially healthy business.
- Marketing Science: Ensure measurement plans are aligned to strategy and accountability is built into the process.
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years leading accounts in an integrated agency environment
- Proven experience navigating the creative, production, and media process from end to end
- Expert at managing expectations - up, down, and acrossConfident communicator with a strong strategic POV and the presence to influence senior clients
- Experience leading integrated campaigns with a strong social foundation
- Passionate about creativity and effectiveness and the leadership it takes to deliver both
