Account Director

West Coast Region Virtual

Position Summary:

  • The Account Director II is a senior role responsible for driving high-stakes account management efforts and executing sophisticated sales strategies. You will oversee expansive client accounts, leveraging your ability to forge strong relationships and deliver customized solutions. In this capacity, you will shape account management strategies, ensure the successful delivery of services, and drive significant business growth, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and performance.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

  • Lead account management initiatives to drive growth for enterprise clients.
  • Shape and implement strategic account management plans for revenue growth.
  • Develop strong, influential relationships with high-profile clients and partners.
  • Serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure solution success.
  • Contribute to account strategy and innovation by providing client-driven insights.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management or relevant roles.
  • Proven leadership in driving complex sales processes and business growth.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Expertise in account management and strategic planning.
  • Experience with global client accounts and large-scale solutions.
  • Strong ability to strategize and forecast market opportunities.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas and performance targets.
  • Involvement in industry networks and thought leadership activities.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead cross-departmental initiatives.

Experience:

  • 10 years experience +
